Many women go on a crash diet to lose excess fat and even succeed in reducing fat without actually achieving the desired look. By either excessive dieting or by exercising, you end up in losing fat alone without the muscles being toned up properly. Hence steps have to be taken to shed fat cells in a systematic way, so that you avoid the loose skin hanging syndrome. And if steps are not taken promptly to tighten the loose skins, there are more chances of you regaining the lost fat.

Fitness training exercises

Weight training is an effective method to tighten your muscles and tone them up to make you appear smart. By resorting to weight training at least four times a day, you would be able to quickly tone your sagging skin, by building on your muscles. But you should remember to take up weight training for both the lower and upper torso to make sure that you do not have ungainly patches of loose skin hanging from any part of your body. Nutritious diet

As diet plays an important part in keeping you physically fit and free from fat, you should plan a nutritious diet that does not include fat and carbohydrates but consists of all other nutrients needed by the body for leading a healthy life. Since water helps in the transportation of nutrients as well as blood and body waste like urine, it becomes absolutely necessary to ensure a minimum intake of water on a daily basis. Water helps in releasing the toxins from the fat cells thereby making it easier for you to burn the fat. Conversely deficiency of water results in reduced muscle fullness and accumulation of harmful substances like ammonia and uric acid. Women are thus advised to consume 9 cups of water daily to maintain the right balance of fluids in the body.

You may try the over-the-counter skin lotions that are available for tightening the loose skin. The skin lotions made of natural ingredients enhances the ability of the skin's elasticity to hasten the process of tightening the loose and hanging skin.

Health is wealth. By being physically fit, it can make a person look lean both inside and out.

There is a lot a person can do such jogging or walking in the morning, playing hockey or any other sport with friends but if a person wants to develop strong muscles and look lean, the best thing to do is to find someone who can help you reach those goals by leading you on the right path to fitness.

Physical exercise is fantastic because it helps maintain and improve your health, helping to protect you from a variety of diseases and premature death. Exercise also increases endorphins, helping you to feel happier and it increases your self esteem, which prevents depression or anxiety. It has also been shown that a person with an active lifestyle promotes well-being and longevity.

The ultimate exercise plan should have weight training and cardiovascular exercises. This helps burn calories and increase the muscle to fat ratio that will increase your metabolism and help you lose weight.

A person who has never worked out before should begin gradually. Exercising too much for the first time can cause you to pull a muscle or sustain an injury. Endurance cannot be built in a day-- exercising repeatedly, preferably within a routine is the best way to lose weight.

Focusing on certain area of the body can help it improve. The more frequently you work out a specific muscle group, the more that muscle will develop in comparison to the others.

But exercise is not only about developing muscles so that you can look great. It is also about enhancing the beauty within and feeling great about your body as well as achieving the goals you set for yourself.

Here are some things you can do everyday to stay beautiful and healthy;

Reading books and other reading material more often keeps the mind sharp just like working out keeps the body in shape.

Any kind of work yields stress. Reduce stress by setting aside the time out to do something special such as prayer, journal keeping, or other soothing hobbies. Studies have shown that even minimal amounts of relaxation time can enhance health and help you from looking exhausted.

Pollution is something people cannot control given the size of the problem. When you goes out, it is best to put some form of protection on, such as beauty products that contain antioxidants which protect the skin from damage.

Another way to stay healthy is to let go of teh "guilty pleasures" which are harmful to you. Many people smoke and drink often. Smoking has been proven to cause lung cancer and other diseases as well as complications for women giving birth. Excessive drinking has also been shown to cause addiction, cancers, and liver failure.

For people who dont smoke, it is best to stay away from people who are smoking since studies have shown that nonsmokers are also at risk of developing cancer due to secondary smoke inhalation.

Lastly, it is best to always begin the day with a positive outlook. Just as studies have shown that exercise makes a person feel happier, smiling produces the same effect. A smile can do a lot and it is contagious in a positive sense. A lean body and rippling muscles will help you look good, but a smile will make you look great!
