Limit Salt Intake: Salt contains sodium which can cause water retention in the body. This will make your body to bloat up. When you reduce salt intake, you can avoid such problems. Recommended quantity is 2500 mg per day, which is equivalent to 1 tablespoon.

If you lessen salt intake, the body will stop retaining excess water. You can notice yourself getting thinner and the weight dropping off. This is an effective fast weight loss tip.
